Frenship ISD invests time and resources to assure that all staff are highly qualified to do the job for which they were hired.  Training is an essential component of an employee's contract. 

Frenship teachers' contracts specify that they are to teach children a minimum of 177 days and to engage in professional learning a minimum of ten days.
